Konstantinos Fragkis

From a young age I remember myself playing music and looking for different musicians to form music ensembles. During all these years, I managed to perform in various music bands with influences from different genres of music. At the same time, I also got involved in amateur theater performing acts. These activities were the source of inspiration for me to focus on the ancient Greek tradition, where music, apart from science, was the main activity into every-day life as well as integral part of theater. Therefore, I attended and successfully completed academic studies in the field of ancient Greek instrument construction and their application based on the ancient Greek music theory. Since then, I have been collaborating with Antonis, with whom we have created the music team “Ευτέρπη”, through which we aim to promote our work and research.
